For send message to all your fans of Facebook you have to admin of particular page on Facebook, you can easily send message to users who are fans of that page.

Step 1 : Sign in at your Facebook and open Facebook page that you manage.

Step 2 : Click on "Edit Page" link at the left sidebar and then choose "Send an Update to Fans" this link will be available under the "Promote your Page" section.

And now you can send message which even video clips or link of webpage.

Default Facebook will send this message to all of your fans but you want send this message to particular people then choose the "Target this update" checkbox.
